🔹Provide advanced support in executing HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, contract management, benefits administration, and payroll coordination
🔹Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems (e.g., SAP, Workday)
🔹Process and validate HR transactions in line with company policies and service level agreements (SLAs)
🔹Serve as a key point of contact for employee and manager inquiries, resolving Tier 2 or complex issues related to HR policies, compensation, or benefits
🔹Escalate unresolved or sensitive matters to HR Business Partners or Centers of Excellence (COEs)
🔹Ensure all HR processes and documentation comply with local labor laws, internal controls, and audit requirements
