Handle and manage the procurement processes for the project requirements of each Property Management Office. Process PR’s submitted by the operations team and other departments.
Sourcing of suppliers/contractors using SM Accredited Vendor List Database, canvassing and request proposals via phone call and email, prepare tabulations/abstract of bids and evaluation.
Arrange meetings using Outlook Calendar with Suppliers/Contractors, Property Management Team, Bidding & Awards Committee and Estate Management Team.
