During my traineeship, I developed a Doctor Request Form and a Medical History Form to streamline patient data collection. I utilized Google Sheets and Google Forms for easy access and data organization. To enhance the professional look, I made a logo using Canva. Furthermore, I ensured data confidentiality by implementing measures to cover sensitive patient information. This project demonstrates my ability to combine various tools and prioritize patient privacy while creating practical solutions for healthcare needs.
