I've been an Online Assistant for almost 2 years and I was tasked answering inquiries and providing customer service: Responding to emails, chat messages, and phone calls from customers and clients to provide assistance, answer questions, and resolve issues. Managing appointments and scheduling meetings, events, and calls for the employer or team. Data entry and research: Entering data into spreadsheets, databases, or other software, and conducting research as required.
