I believe that one can succeed in life and/or career not by the years of experience you've had but by your willingness to be trained and perseverance to learn and love the job that you do. I'm married and blessed to have two wonderful kids. I cherish spending quality time with my family during my free time. I am also an adventurer who loves to travel and visit places and countries.
My professional background includes working as a Treasury/Finance/Operations Assistant and Finance Analyst. My 11 years of experiences were excellent and I gained significant knowledge about maintaining a work-life balance. Although I ended my corporate career to attend my kids needs, I am not giving up on my professional life.
My current career path involves pursuing opportunities as a Freelancer, mainly as a Social Media Manager and Online Bookkeeper. I am keen on details and a goal-oriented person who commits to deliver high-quality results with attention to detail, reliability and confidentiality and I believe in building meaningful relationships with my clients based on trust and communication. • Conducts trainings for new hires
• Perform Quality Checks of all cases handled by the GSB Specialists.
• Standing Settlement Instructions: set-up of onboarding clients, maintenance, terminations against the raw data sent by clients
• Reviews reports generated: Performance measurement and operational efficiency (Benchmarks), Confirm Archive, Standing Settlement Instructions data, DART Reports
• Conducts coaching sessions with the associates with the aim to improve their monthly quality scores, highlight errors and discusses appropriate procedures and job aids
• Administers refresher trainings on a quarterly basis to address common errors, process changes, new market and validation rules
• Holds regular alignment meeting with all of the GSB Lead Specialist to ensure consistent implementation of QC guidelines globally
• Adheres to the agreed quality standards in executing all assigned tasks, ensures 100% compliance to Information Security and Client Confidential Information policies of the organization
• Assigned to oversee huge ALERT projects (GCD IM Migrations)
• Performs project scoping to determine capacity requirement based on client’s volume and data quality
• Determine turnaround time target and negotiate with internal and external parties on reasonable turnaround time commitment
• Communicating with internal and external parties on project progress, issues encountered and working with client to implement a mutually agreeable solution to address issues
• Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately
• Actively manage multiple ALERT-related projects taking responsibility for meeting required turn-around time and with the highest level of accuracy
• Communicate with internal and external parties on project progress, issues encountered and coming up with mutually agreeable solution to address issues
• Set-up and maintenance of client SSIs (Standing Settlement Instruction) in ALERT
• Manage assigned cases in Salesforce, make the necessary updates on the case, works with the client in conforming closure of the case
• Adheres to agreed quality standards in executing all assigned tasks, ensures 100% compliance to Information Security and Client Confidential Information policies of the organization
• Responsible for generating reports for clients (Brokers, Investment Managers, and Custodians)
• Conducting Trainings for New Onboarding Clients
• Maintaining a Premium Client account (Lead for a Lift- Out client)
• Handles, negotiates, maintains and prepares the following bank documentation for Letters of Credit (LC) for Importations
- Amendment of Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantees, LC negotiation and booking to Trust Receipts (TR)
- Promissory Notes, Manager’s Checks, Demand Drafts and Telegraphic Transfers
- Export transactions, Foreign Exchange (FX) transactions
• Responsible for Issuance of Official Receipt using QAD system
• Prepares and monitors reports on Outstanding LCs, Trust Receipts and Promissory Notes
• Prepares letter of authority for payment of bank loans
• Assists in booking and re-pricing of bank loans and coordinates with banks for the disposition of the transactions
• Assists in the analysis of bank loans and credit lines
• Canvass and monitors Foreign Exchange rates
• Monitors arrival of shipping documents and coordinates with Purchasing and Brokers
• Monitors outstanding exports and prepares monthly reports
