Work Description:
As a valuable member of the team, I play a key role in our organization's human resources and recruitment processes. My responsibilities encompass a range of HR functions, including:
1. **Talent Acquisition:** Effectively advertise job vacancies across various platforms, including social media apps such as Facebook, Indeed, and Jobstreet.
2. **Candidate Screening:** Reviewing resumes and skillfully scheduling interviews, utilizing platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, and arranging face-to-face meetings as necessary.
3. **Onboarding Coordination:** Facilitate the smooth transition of new hires into the company by overseeing the onboarding process, which includes orientation activities.
4. **Payroll Management:** Proficiently prepare and manage payroll, handling both weekly and semi-monthly schedules. I ensure the accurate and timely processing of employee salaries and deductions while staying compliant with standard labor codes and regulations.
5. **Benefit Administration:** Enroll employees in various benefit programs, managing both company-specific and mandated benefits.
6. **Policy Implementation:** I take pride in establishing and enforcing robust HR policies and procedures, fostering a harmonious and compliant work environment.
7. **Document Management:** My role also includes the skillful drafting of official company memoranda, show-cause notices, and HR standard operational procedures, ensuring clear and efficient communication within the organization.
