WORK DESCRIPTION
Administrative Support Specialist:
1. **Office Coordination**: Assist in organizing and maintaining an efficient office environment by managing schedules, appointments, and supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
2. **Communication**: Act as a point of contact for both internal and external communication, handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally and efficiently.
3. **Documentation and Filing**: Maintain accurate records and documentation, including filing, archiving, and organizing documents to ensure easy retrieval.
4. **Meeting Coordination**: Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and assist in making arrangements for in-person and virtual meetings.
5. **Administrative Tasks**: Perform a range of administrative tasks, such as data entry, invoice processing, travel planning, and other duties to support the team and contribute to organizational efficiency.
