• Prepare travel documents and manage employees flight & hotel bookings.
• Prepare Pre-qualifications, material submittals and material sample for client and consultant approval prior to project execution.
• Prepare tender documents for the bidding process.
• Coordinate with the supplier for material procurement and deliveries.
• Prepare Quotations, Letters, Delivery Notes, Transmittals and Issue invoices.
• Monitor project developments and construct reports.

• Maintains record/documents pertaining to BUB.
• Act as secretariat on meeting regarding BUB.
