- Take & Make calls for Tenants and prospects to provide answers to their concerns, from applications to setting property showings/visits to scheduling a maintenance visit.
- Constant collaboration with Property Managers, Real Estate Brokers, and Common Area Maintenance by managing emails intended for their department, setting appointments, and making sure their calendar schedules are organized and up to date.
- Cold calling homeowners using a given phone directory to sell and or purchase properties.
- Answering incoming calls from prospective customers. Using business and Process proficiency to provide information about the property features, prices, etc, and their benefits.
- Also does Keyword Research, Data Analysis, and Content writing.
