-Using Google Sheets and Microsoft Tools.
-Managing after-sales by recording all customer complaints about the items they received. If the customer provides proof of damage or missing parts, we take immediate action to resolve the issue, ensuring customer satisfaction.
-Our customer service team informs the buyer to provide the details, and my responsibility is to send the missing parts or, if the item is damaged, send a replacement.
-Checking the ratings of our customers, if we receive a 1 or 2-star review, we reach out to the customer to understand the issue with the item. Once we resolve the problem, we kindly suggest that they consider updating their rating. Since my work is in online retail (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok), maintaining good reviews is essential for customer satisfaction.
-Record the returned items and check our system to determine the reason for the return. Some couriers may not have delivered the item to the buyer, while others may have been canceled by the buyer. Lastly, message the customer to clarify why they canceled, or contact the CSR of Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok to report any issues with the courier returning the item to the seller.
I have experience in e-commerce inventory management, including tracking stock levels, conducting audits, and optimizing order fulfillment processes to ensure efficient operations.
-I utilize tools such as Google Sheets and Microsoft Office for data management and organization. For inventory tracking and order processing, I have experience using ERP software. Additionally, for chat support and customer inquiries, I use Douke to ensure efficient and timely responses.
