Hi! I'm Buen, I'm a detailed person, I don't sacrifice quality to the amount of my work. I make sure it is always equal. I graduated from De la Salle University - Dasmariñas academic year 2009 and took Business Administration Major in Business Management for 4 years.
I have been in the BPO industry for more than 9 years, I provide customer support by chat, email, messages and over the phone (inbound/outbound). I also work as a transcriptionist in St. Lukes Medical Center - Global City, basically we transcribed results of MRI, CT-Scan, X-ray, also we provide clerical works. I can assure you that I am capable of working well under pressure and that I have a strong ability to multi-task and establish effective priorities.
Since me and my wife have our own business social page account on Facebook, I can make sure that I can also manage your brand consistency through visual posting, and help with customer engagement on your social media campaigns.
