DIAMOND ERP SOFTWARE

I utilize Diamond ERP software for data entry. This involved encoding customer details, including motorcycle information such as engine and chassis numbers, color, selling price, and other relevant data. I ensured the accuracy and completeness of the data entered, working closely with team members to maintain an efficient workflow.

Microsoft Excel and SAP (Systems Applications and Products)

I had the opportunity to work with SAP for data entry purposes. One of my main tasks was preparing journal entries in Excel and then encoding them into SAP once they were approved by the client. This required a meticulous approach to ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies. I also collaborated with internal departments to gather the necessary information for journal entry preparation. Maintaining confidentiality of financial information was of utmost importance throughout the process.
