This is a sample of how I manage the existing database. I create a database with monitoring based on the updated details of the potential customers. From here, we will get to reach customers easily and set a meeting with them. I do call outs to briefly discuss my product and set another deep dive session if they are interested..

This is a sample of email I send out to our target customers for event invites. After registration, I keep their record and input to the  existing database for easy tracking. I also do email blasting and social media postings for promotion to generate more leads. 

For specific customers with higher position, I send out a separate email introducing myself, brief introduction of my product and attaching some supporting documents. Along with this, I set a meeting to further discuss and present my offerings. If customers are reachable thru other social media platform, I try to reach out as well. In this way, we have more ways to reach our potential customers and generate leads.
