1. Secretarial Duties
-Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
-Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
-Prepare and edit documents such as letters, memos and reports.
-Take dictation and minutes during meetings and distribute them accurately.
-Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
2. Administrative Support

4. Finance and Reporting Support
-Assist in basic bookkeeping duties such as Utility bills tracking, and expense reports.
-Coordinate with the finance department for timely submission of bills and payments.
-Prepare simple reports and spreadsheets when required.
5. Communication and Coordination
-Act as a point of contact between departments, staff, and external clients.
-Communicate office procedures and policies clearly to staff.
6. Documentation and Record-Keeping
-Keep accurate records of all administrative and secretarial work.
-Manage staff files, leave applications, and other personnel-related documents.
-Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality regulations.
