In my role as a Data Entry Encoder, it is my duty to ensure the validation of all information concerning Adverse Effects patients through the process of triage. I diligently gather all crucial data before endorsing it to the One Health Command Center, District Health Centers, and the Rapid Action Team for transportation requests. This information is collected and managed using a Google spreadsheet.
