Our role as a Data Entry Encoder involves handling COVID-19 patients' requests for home isolation, which are received from One Health Command Center Doctors. Additionally, we facilitate transportation arrangements from the hospital to their respective residences. To ensure a smooth process, we collaborate with the District Focal Person, Contact Tracer, and District Health Doctor to obtain approval for the home isolation request. Once the request is approved by the District Health Doctor, we coordinate with the Rapid Action Team to arrange transportation.

In cases where the patient's address is outside Davao City and they request home isolation in their respective city, we work closely with the Department of Health Davao Region Operation Center for coordination. All relevant data, including the number of days in isolation, is diligently encoded into a Google spreadsheet for effective monitoring.
