I researched and identified hospitals in cities where Silver Lake Psychology operates, such as Los Angeles and San Diego. I also located key hospital departments managing "medical networks" or "affiliate groups," crucial for patient referrals to external therapy groups like ours. I compiled a contact list with names and contact information of key personnel in these departments to facilitate referrals.
In this position, I was responsible for meeting daily, weekly, and monthly data transfer requirements to maintain a comprehensive record of campaign performance. This involved accurately inputting daily performance metrics from Google Ads campaigns, encompassing click-through rates, impressions, click costs and conversions. Additionally, I compiled and entered weekly campaign metrics, budget allocation details, and ad copy information into designated spreadsheets.
