Product Creation: Accurately create and publish new product listings on Shopify, including:
Titles & Descriptions: Craft compelling and SEO-friendly product titles and detailed, informative descriptions.
Imagery & Media: Upload and optimize high-quality product images, videos, and 3D models (if applicable). Ensure consistent image sizing and branding.
Pricing & Inventory: Set up various pricing options (e.g., regular price, compare at price) and manage initial inventory levels.
Variants: Configure product variants (e.g., size, color, material) with accurate pricing, inventory, and unique SKUs.
Collections & Tags: Assign products to relevant collections and apply appropriate tags for improved discoverability and organization.
Vendor & Product Type: Accurately input vendor and product type information.
Product Updates & Maintenance: Regularly update existing product information, including price changes, inventory adjustments, description edits, image refreshes, and status changes (e.g., active, draft, archived).
SEO Optimization: Implement basic on-page SEO best practices for product listings (e.g., meta titles, meta descriptions, image alt text) to improve search engine visibility.
Cross-selling & Upselling: Configure and manage related products, bundles, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities where applicable.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and flag discrepancies or low stock items to relevant teams.
Data Accuracy & Consistency: Ensure all product data is accurate, consistent, and adheres to internal data entry standards.
