Help customer book or reserve various aspects of their vacation or work travel, such as tours, activities, car rentals, private or shared transfers and transportation. Assisting customer, suppliers, partners, other travel agent to find most suitable activity or transportation for their clients, moreover offer other opportunities that clients can take during their travel. Creating itinerary are the main goal in this job. Updating information like arrival or departure details, cancellation of their reservation is also part of the job, making refunds, sending emails to customers and partner merchants.
