Assist customer regarding their audiobooks technical issues, inquiries, recommending

Encode US License Plate from image into the data system toensure information
is accurately processed. Input data that isn't readable to the system and identify thecorrect
department of the plate.
Contact the customers and make an account verification, using the system
access the details of customer’s account. Assist core agents to locate and contact customers to
follow up their payment status. Core agents are the one responsible for resolving overdue bills,
collecting payments and resolve outstanding balances.
