You can call me Andy. I am 23 years old, born and raised in the Philippines. I am a daughter who wants the best for my mother. I want her to experience life the way she wants it to be, by not worrying on cost of living too much. I want to pay her back with all the sacrifices she has done for us. I want to be financially stable and free so I can take care of my family. That is where my motivation comes from.
My previous job was a BPO Supervisor. With the experience I garnered, I was able to master cooperation, adaptation to change, and discipline in work. Technically speaking, I mastered MS Office, such as Excel, Word, Publisher, Powerpoint and etc. To expand my income, I decided to apply for a part time job as a social manager of a local client here in the Philippines. I managed her Facebook account and I also do extra tasks for her such as cold calling to her buyers and data entry through MS Excel.
I possessed goal-driven and outgoing work etiquette as I always believed in the idea that "The way to achieve your own success is to be willing to help somebody to get it first.". So now, let me prove myself to you. Pick me, Choose me, Hire me.
Holy Family Academy
I act as the first line of support for customers using the AI leasing platform. We provide assistance via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels to resolve customer inquiries and issues related to the platform. I also log, track, and monitor the status of support requests to ensure timely resolution
Currently, as a supervisor in operations, our role here is to lead our team on showing excellent numbers as an evidence of best quality service. Every week, we are also presenting the action plan in line with our team data and goals to our Operation Managers. We also organize statistics by using tables and graphs in Excel. Additional to this, whenever we are having team huddles, I’m the one in charge of noting down the minutes of the meeting.
In this job description, it’s our task to make sure that agents are giving high quality service to the customers by listening to their calls to make sure that they are maintaining the right process and procedure and going above and beyond in expected phone etiquette.
In this role, we do inbound and outbound calls, specifically tasked in Telco under troubleshooting and care departments. Here, we make sure that we resolve customer’s concerns by navigating our tools and guiding the customer on doing the process.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
