Customer Service Representative
In this role, we do inbound and outbound calls, specifically tasked in Telco under troubleshooting and care department. Here, we make sure that we resolve customer’s concern by navigating our tools and guiding the customer on doing the process.
Quality Analyst
In this job description, it’s our task to make sure that agents are giving high quality service to the customers by listening to their calls to make sure that they are maintaining the right process and procedure and going above and beyond in expected phone etiquette. We also submit reports to consolidate data of productivity and progress.
Operations Supervisor
