• Respond to general non-sales related customer inquiries
• Interface with client sales organization & finance/legal groups on questions related to billing or
contract issues, investigate customer issues, and answer general customer questions
• Support client sales organization on general customer inquiries and opportunities
• Escalate and follow-up on support and service calls as necessary
• Process various orders and contract requests including add-ons, license expansions, renewals,
purchase orders, as well as other routine contract transactions (such as Mergers and
Acquisitions, non-disclosures, and other routine changes to customer agreements)

• Prepare customer activity & performance reports and create spreadsheets for various support-
