Overall performance Tracker
- Encoding total Expected and Actual Headcount(Deducting Absences every specific date).
- Tracking total Expected and Actual performance of agents.
- Attendance Percentage per day.
- Average chats per hour.
Roster
- Encoding agent's Company name, team, shits, designated STL(Senior Team leader) cluster, and total headcount per team
Leave request
- Encoding and tracking Leave requests of agents. It doesn't matter if it's Emergency, Sick, or Vacation leave
- Making sure that before approving the agents leaves they already submitted and documents needed.
- Sending an email confirmation on each leave request.
Leave and Absences
- Recording daily agent absences, monitoring the absences calendar, and reporting it to the higher-ups.
Creating a Schedule for Agents
- I manage the agents' schedules, drafting them every Thursday and finalizing them by Friday. I ensure that the company has sufficient manpower each day, adjusting for peak days and hours.
Hourly stock and Headcount tracker
- Tracking stock levels, head count, and total teams per hour. This tracker is designed for forecasting, allowing me to monitor specific dates and times of peak hours and determine when additional staffing is needed.
