Let me share a little bit story about me. Hello, my name is Alethea Laurel Martinez, and I presently reside in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. I'm a Filipino. I am 26 years old. I was born, raised, and attended school in the Philippines, but I made the decision to go to Dubai at the age of 21 in order to further my career after completing my Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy in 2017. I wanted to take on new responsibilities and broaden my knowledge, so even though I had previously worked full-time, I made the time to enroll, study, and achieve a 1st honors award when I took my HR and Administrative Professional Diploma in 2021. And this year 2022, I still want to achieve more for myself which is why I took an examination and received an A on the American Certification Institute's Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) and Certified Human Resource Manager (CHRM) exams. Since I love to travel and work, when I became aware that I can do these things at the same time in freelancing, I wanted to be part of the growing family, I didn't hesitate to enroll various trainings to be more confident in my work such as Online Bookkeeping and General Virtual Assistant to deliver to my clients my best quality performance at all times.
