-Responsible for resolving customer concerns regarding their orders, delivery, return, refunds, delivery not received, general inquiry, product recommendations, fraud, and faulty items through email and chat using Gnatta and Intercom. It's a seasonal account under Gymhark.
-Uphold community policies to safeguard companies' online presence for safer end-user experiences and brand protection. We use the TCS tool. Responsible for removing text, images, videos, etc that have been violated.
-I assist customers to track their delivery. Process refunds and process delivery packages from UPS, I provide information about the package. Check Payment and bills cost on the delivery. Status of the delivery, location where they can pick it up. It's a Voice account under United Parcel Service(UPS)
Responsible for Resolving Customer Concerns regarding their Insurance, Pre-Auth, and Making sure that the patient has the correct CPT code. Medical account under Anthem BlueCross BlueShield.
Chat Support, Sales, placing an order, and Data Verification. Responsible for resolving Customer issues about their Mobile Plan, Devices, Orders, Basic Troubleshooting, and Billing concerns. Account under Verizon
eCommerce under BestBuy. Responsible for resolving Customer issues after-sales product
support through Email.
I am responsible for a range of tasks to support the smooth operation of the office. These tasks include managing administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and photocopying, as well as coordinating office operations such as ordering office supplies, maintaining equipment, and ensuring the office is organized and optimized for efficiency.
I renew SSL certificates for IHG hotels under Oracle, perform basic troubleshooting when certificates expire, and address issues post-renewal. This role requires attention to detail and technical expertise to ensure uninterrupted hotel operations.
