I’m Aileen Pascual and I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to introduce myself as Virtual Assistant. I bring 8 years of experience in administrative roles, where I’ve developed a strong skill set in office management, scheduling, and project coordination. I specialize in streamlining managing employee records, and supporting organizational HR functions to ensure smooth and effective operations. Excel at multitasking and thrive in dynamic environments, always aiming to contribute to a seamless and efficient workflow.

My longer term goal is by gaining work experience of 5 to 7 years or more in the field of VA and wish to work in a senior position, contributing to the betterment of my society. I am self-motivated, and disciplined soul. I am always keen to up-skill myself by learning new things whenever I get a chance.
