My longer term goal is by gaining work experience of 5 to 7 years or more in the field of VA and wish to work in a senior position, contributing to the betterment of my society. Is someone who can work in many fields and help grow their companies by finding leads and closing sales deals with existing clients or new prospects. They also act as intermediaries between other departments within an organization to ensure the success of their clients.
Provide administrative support for HR executives. Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation. Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacation and days off.
Will run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including administering pay, benefits, and leave, 201 files, onboarding and enforcing company policies and practices.
Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
Conduct employee on-boarding and help organize training & development initiatives
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
Undertake tasks around performance management
Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly
Ensure compliance with labor regulations
Lead generation and prospecting expert responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers.
