Email Management

In my previous company, we launched the official mailbox for our Referral Program PH wide and I was delegated to manage it. I handled all sorts of concerns and inquiries related to the program from all of our seven (7) sites in the Philippines.
I made sure that emails are promptly addressed in a timely and professional manner. In order to do so, I keep track of all received and sent emails by logging it in our mailbox tracker. I was also tasked to report on this by our manager during our weekly business review.
