Throughout my career, I have had managerial positions; the most recent one was Project Management Coordinator, where I was in charge of overseeing end-to-end project implementation. I can state with confidence, based on my experience, that managing projects has given me relevant abilities, including effective problem-solving, good communication, analytical thinking, resourcefulness, and proactiveness. In addition, I am attentive to details, religiously ensure that work has been completed in a timely manner and accurately, and take accountability for my actions. Over the past 6 years, I've immersed myself in project management, which has also trained me to have a better goal: to never stop learning new knowledge and delve into a different path, which is the virtual assistance world.
As an individual who has worked remotely for almost 3 years now, I believe that working independently and with integrity really is a must. I strongly value honesty so I can gain clients' trust in return; thus, let's connect and collaborate!

- Daily monitoring of tickets from Service Now and JIRA softwares
- Attending daily cadence with the Digital Growt Team, L2 and L3 team.
- Coordination with the L2 and L3 team.
- Ensuring and monitoring of application as QA Specialist.
- Responsible for monitoring the end to end implementation of each account's work orders which encompasses re-encoding/recreating of work orders with facility related delays, minor detail modification.
- Performs reporting to clients regarding the current status of their work orders.
- Responsible for resolving issues and concerns within scope that blocks the installation.
- Coordination with various teams such as account managers to manage customer related delays that will require either rescheduling or cancellation and CFS SPOCs to manage and prioritize the work orders in the field.
- Ensuring the information and status are accurate and verified.
- Ensuring the trackers are entirely updated up to date.
- Responsible for team, subcontractor and client coordination.
- Attends regular meetings with subcontractors and clients.
- Manages and monitors the project documentation and trackers.
- Site visit/inspection that includes technical site testing activities.
