Zoe often created sheets and ways to track long-term tasks so she not only knew where she was in the progress of
the task but so I could see easily as well without even asking. She created SOP process sheets for us on multiple different processes with minimal revisions necessary so she could go back and revisit if it had been some time since she had done that task. She took notes, asked questions, and was able to tidy up all our digital files so things were easily accessible. She was constantly reminding me to answer some of her follow up questions of how to address different situations when I had forgotten about them so that nothing was missed!

Zoe always showed up to work on time (if not early). If she wasn’t in a good stopping point at the end of her shift,
rather than just signing off, she would get to a good stopping point and then leave for the day. She was always asking questions on new tasks as she wanted to make sure she was doing it correctly rather than just getting it done. I had to check her work minimally and if she was unsure of how to respond to a client or anything she asked me to check email drafts before they were sent. If anything came up in the middle of a shift she would reach out immediately to me but if I was delayed in answering, she moved on to another task rather than waiting around until she got clarification.

Zoe always let me know when she started work, when she was leaving for the day, and any breaks she was taking
during her shift. If she ever had internet issues, schedule changes, or even the potential of a change she reached out and let me know. She easily adapted to different forms of communication while working for us (slack, teams, email, gmail messaging) never skipping a beat on her communication. She sent me end of the day reports of all the tasks she got done, how far she got in long term tasks, and if she wasn’t able to complete anything and why.

Zoe has one of the best attitudes I have seen in a long time. I looked forward to our check in meetings and to
learn more about her personally and professionally. She enjoys learning new things and catches on to new tasks quickly. She takes on challenging tasks with a smile and never complains if the task is tedious. If she doesn’t understand something she just needs it to be explained or shown to her a different way but if that is the case she just asks and never gets frustrated or angry.
