Same with my PayPal Tracker, this sheet is for our disputes team to track Klarna dispute status since our client uses or receives payments through PayPal and Klarna. This is for us to update each other on what did the last person requested, responded or offered to Klarna to amicably resolve the customer's issue with our product or service.
