→ Develop and implement effective sales strategies, including recruitment and training of Property Specialists, to Achieve sales targets.
→ Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Property Specialists
→ Assist in the negotiation and closing of property sales deals, ensuring the best outcome for both the client and the company.
→ Collaborate with the Sales Director to develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with business goals.
→ Assist the sales team in developing and maintaining client relationships to drive repeat business
