One of my task is to monitor Bills Payable releases and dues to submit to Finance Department on a monthly basis to reconcile list against book value and booking of accrual of interest.

Monitoring of insurances are one of the task given to me and Fidelity Bonds of employees are on of them. 

I do also prepare some ppt for process flow of every task for review of my immediate head for possible enhancement.
