I help small and big business companies manage their workforce by implementing HR programs and policies which builds and develop a workforce that is capable of helping the company meet its goals.

I worked for 7 years in the corporate industry and experienced or handles most Human Resource tasks. I handled local and foreign payroll, recruitment, compensation, benefits, and Employee Relations.

I started my virtual journey last April 28, 2022, and I am currently working as an HR Coordinator in a Home Care Agency in the U.S.A.
