-Conduct the second part of recruitment and scheduling, answering phone calls related to HR/Recruitment.
-Interview applicants and train new employees for the Philippines

-Respond and perform other administrative tasks provided by the client
-Computes Taiwan and Philippine Payroll
-Monitor timekeeping and distributes pay stubs

-Conduct orientation to new staff and prepares contracts
-Prepare and pays government contribution of employees and employers
-Assist employees with govt. concerns, contributions, and processes such as loans, enrollment and etc.
-Prepares and submits monthly BIR reports and year-end reports such as BIR Alphalist and 2316.
-Prepares bereavement assistance, employment certificates, office supplies, gift certificates, PEZA, NSO and other reports relating to labor cost
-Monitors leave incentive credits and send an announcement to staff such as holidays
-Performs timekeeping for attendance records for Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, Philippines, US, and New York employees, freelancers and consultants
-Monitors and submit a summary of attendance reports of Singapore employees to TN Payroll and accounts
-Prepares attendance sheets for all Whitehouse assigned employees
-Performs other reasonable tasks and duties
-Computes semi-monthly payroll and distributes paystubs to employees
-Prepares reports and payments for monthly remittances and loans (SSS, HDMF and PHIC)
-Recruitment (Hiring to Exit Interviews)
-Onboarding and Offboarding
-Daily Manning Report; Maintain and monitor manning (indirect and direct employees)
-Prepares employment certificates, bereavement, announcements, and travel orders
-Facilitate Training and prepares certificate of completion for staff
-Prepares Audit Inspections (BRC and HACCP) and facilitate Security and Ground Sanitation Personnel
-Prepares documents for Audit such as training, job descriptions, medical/health documents of employees
-Schedule and coordinate Annual Physical Examinations,
-Maintain office and owner's supplies
-Prepares Meeting and admin tasks
-Performs other tasks and duties directed by the supervisor
-Compute Payroll every 15th and 30th of the month; prepare files and documents for payroll such as DTRs, purchases, rice subsidy and deduction of payroll for the canteen
-Make and distribute payslips
-Process and Compute Final pay of the employees with Quit Claim
-Update Manpower and Masterlist
-Screen, and schedule tests and interviews of applicants
-Administer and Score tests
-Initial Interview of the applicants and conducts orientation
-Prepares ATM, ID, Contract, and PAN (Personnel Action Notice) of employees
-Assist employees from start to end
-Update and file 201 files and other HR documents
