Professionally, I have accumulated eight years of experience working as an administrative assistant cum receptionist in the UAE. In this role, I have honed my organizational and multitasking skills while ensuring smooth office operations. Additionally, I have taken on the responsibility of a public relations officer, where I handle communication and networking duties with external stakeholders.
Outside of work, I have a passion for crafts, particularly diamond painting and other do-it-yourself projects. Engaging in these creative activities allows me to unwind and express my artistic side. Front Desk Management:
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls to appropriate staff members and taking
messages when necessary.
Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely distribution.
Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support to executives and staff, including typing documents, preparing
presentation and maintaining spreadsheets.
Manage office supplies, inventory and place orders as needed.
Handle expense reports and reimbursement for staff members.
Correspondence & Communication:
Draft and proofread emails, letters, and other correspondence as needed.
Respond to inquiries from clients, customers and vendors in timely and professional manners.
Maintain contact and update information as necessary.
Record Keeping & Filing:
Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of records, including employee records, contracts and other
documents.
Public Relation Officer:
Maintain organized records of labor contracts and related documents. This includes filing
contracts, updating employee records with contract details and ensuring compliance with
records-keeping requirements.
Applied for the renewal and cancellation of UAE Visa and Labour Contract.
Supplier Research:
Identifies qualified and responsible supplier and contractors both locally & overseas.
Research potential suppliers, comparing prices, quality and other factors to help the
organization make informed decisions about which vendors to work with.
Assist in the procurement process by requesting quotes and bids from supplier for good or
services by the organization.
Resolve customer complaints via phone, email and mail.
Render administrative support to other customer care team members when the need arises, or
a instructed. Ensure maximized productivity and minimized costs.
Encourage and motivate team members to continue quality service delivery.
Responsible for planning, implementing, managing and overseeing company’s overall sales
strategy.
Presenting and selling of products/services using well-mannered communication skills to
existing and prospective customers.
Receive the customer and engage with the customer to understand the customers’
