Position: Amazon Critical Reviewer/Seller's After-Sales Support

September 2021 - March 2022 

• Handle different Amazon brands/stores, making sure star rating is kept at a high rating.
• Convince negative reviews to be taken down/updated to a 5-star rating.
• Was tasked also to do email marketing.

The screenshot below shows the significant changes of removal when I take over the position starting in October. Please note that December has a lower # of removal because clients advised me to stop sending emails to some of ASINS.
