I gained valuable experience during my work in inbound BPO operations, working within such a great company TELEPERFORMANCE PH, particularly on the JP MORGAN CHASE financial account. As a Customer Service Representative within their verfication department, I honed my skills and contributed to the delivery of exceptional service.
I was a part of their verification department, where I managed incoming calls from applicants seeking updates on their credit card applications. I used to provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding the application status right after I verified the customers identity.
During the initial six months, I had the privilege of working onsite. Subsequently, I transitioned to a remote work arrangement, which provided the opportunity to work comfortably from home. This transition enhanced my flexibility and productivity, enriching my overall work experience.
After gaining experience in an inbound BPO environment, I successfully transitioned to a similar industry focusing on outbound BPO operations. In this capacity, my core duties revolved around proactively initiating outbound calls to engage potential customers.
I played a pivotal role in driving the adoption of sustainable energy solutions, specifically focusing on solar panels and spray foams.
I used to engage in meaningful conversations to understand their energy needs, and effectively conveying the benefits of our products. After a successful call, I will be needing to gather and verify the customer's basic information to facilitate a callback from our Quality Assurance Team. This process ensures that the prospect is accurately identified as a successful lead.
