1. Overseeing, coordinating, and dispatching drivers to ensure timely pickup and
delivery from yard to customer locations.
2. Updating customer with truck location and delivery status
3. Executing various reports with regards to the truck location, status and ETA as well as
driver performance
4. Ensure safety of drivers by always keeping an eye with regards to bad weather ahead
of them and rerouting if heavy traffic is along the way.
5. Knowledge in ELD and various safety protocol
6. Knowledge in tracking system such as Samsara

1. Handling drivers concerns
2. Creating routes and schedule
3. Monitoring of maintenance and truck repair concerns
4. Day-to-day staff management and development including recruitment, hiring,
performance coaching and annual reviews for direct reports
5. Handles client relation, communication and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Sales and Marketing
7. Monitors all shipments to ensure delivery to clients without problems.
8. To suggest and take proper action to remedy any situation to avoid incidental charges and delay in delivery.
9. Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to land more profitable deals
10. Working with suppliers to ensure a timely arrival of inventory to our warehouses.
11. Working with custom brokers to ensure proper and cost effective classifications of our shipments
12. Negotiating price quotes with 3PL & Freight companies
13. Developing the reverse logistics solutions as needed
