In the span of those years, I have learned how to handle multiple tasks on a daily basis, experienced working as part of a team and individually, and to be flexible in my working hours which means being able to work evenings and weekends. Even though I take my work seriously, I do have a good sense of humor and that everything is a learning process.
Out of the professional scope, I am a person who is positive about every aspect of life. There are many things I like to do, to see, and to experience. • Primarily responsible for gathering accurate marketable data from the targeted universe and entering this information into a proprietary data-entry system, demonstrating the highest expertise in speed of entry, accuracy of content and professionalism in any direct company contact based in Australia, New Zealand and Pacific Island.
• Using various research methods such as government registry LinkedIn, company website, white pages, yellow pages, annual report but primarily telephone-based.
• Required to ask a prescriptive list of questions of each company, and ensure key performance indicators are achieved on a daily basis.
• Verify / update company information via a telephone interview (or web research as required) using a set template of questions / data elements requiring verification / update.
• Answer any queries or questions posed by subject companies, the purpose of the call, and the future use of the information contained on the database.
• Direct any other queries to the relevant department / person.
• Processing payments or transfers of money around the United Kingdom or internationally.
• Ordering copy statements for customer sterling and currency bank account.
• Provide balances and transactions on their current and savings account both sterling and currency accounts.
• Delighting the customer by offering a professional, caring, consistent and outstanding level of customer service.
• Processing of insurance claims of Australian customers over the phone.
• Processing and assessing claims concerning the terms and conditions of their policies.
• Approving of claims or decline them, if applicable.
