I have been in the BPO industry for nearly 5 years. In the span of those years, I have learned how to handle multiple tasks on a daily basis, experienced working as part of a team and individually, and to be flexible in my working hours which means being able to work evenings and weekends. Even though I take my work seriously, I do have a good sense of humor and that everything is a learning process.
Out of the professional scope, I am a person who is positive about every aspect of life. There are many things I like to do, to see, and to experience.
