Additionally, the secretary/ Executive Assistant is expected to handle filling and documentations of sales and purchases, prepare and create quotations for clients based on their requirements and inquiries, respond to emails and phone inquiries, manage office supplies and inventory, and ensure smooth communication within the team and with external partners.
The Hotel Front Desk Officer is the first point of contact for guest, responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring a smooth and pleasant guest experience from check-in to check-out. This role includes managing reservations, assisting guests with inquiries, processing payments, and coordinating with various hotel departments to maintain operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities include greetings and welcoming guests upon arrival, handling check-in and check-out procedures, managing room reservations and cancellations, and providing information about hotel services and local attractions.
