More Info About Me
I graduated in BS Psychology. After I graduate, I applied for a job in a start-up company whereas I recruiting applicants for BPO companies.
I worked as a recruiter in a BPO setting for one year and ten months. Working with many different people on the startup business in order to meet their quota. With my vast experience in sourcing, building applicant tracking systems (ATS), and pre-screening, I can engage prospects in conversation and help them land the job or position we're looking for. I conduct some coaching to help my applicants pass their exams and interviews.
I like my work because it gives me the opportunity to learn more about various BPO accounts and to transmit that expertise and information to many different people. In my previous company I also love the environment where I can express my talent such as dancing, editing and sketching.
