This background has given me sufficient skills to manage various administrative tasks and the ability to solve complex problems in the company’s administrative operations.

-Acts as Consultant for Construction and Renovation projects of the corporation and is responsible for the following tasks: (1) timely preparation of submission of all reports related to Construction and Renovation projects, (2) closely coordinates with all stakeholders in order to communicate essential details of the projects involving them and secure sign offs prior to final approval by the President and ready for implementation, (3) Project costs preparation, in collaboration with Project Engineer/Manager, as well as monitoring contained in the required reports for submission and presentation as required by the immediate superior, (4) proper documentation of essential discussion and agreements involving external providers, consultants, architects, contractors, and technical experts with the assistance of the Project Engineer/Manager and the Engineering & Facilities In-Charge, (5) Regularly schedules and conducts project meetings with specific agenda to all stakeholders for needed updates and decisions to be made at the end of each meeting, (6) Consistent use of official communication channel's used by the Corporation for efficient/effective flow of data and information for faster decision making of the the Corporation's designated officers, (7) Preparation of the End of Project Consultancy Report that will be presented to the Corporation's President and its designated officers who will be informed of the status of date for all Construction and Renovation Projects and the recommended action steps for the succeeding period.
-Oversee the General Administrative Services which include Security, Housekeeping & Linen, Dietary, and Facilties and Maintenance services. Responsible for the efficient operations of General Administrative Services according to established established policies and standards. Mainly responsible for ensuring updated applicable hospital permits and licenses of DOH and LGU. Participates in business and strategic planning٫ setting of targets and goals inlcuding its implementation and monitoring to include but not limited to departmental KRA's and KPIs. Participate in planning construction and renovation activities. Recommend, implement and monitor construction and renovation projects in collaboration with the Facilities and Maintenance In-Charge. Coordinates inter- and intradepartmental operations. Guide٫ supervise and consult subordinate staff and monitor and evaluate their performance. Resolve issues with company's operations٫ in a timely manner. Prepare and monitor resource allocation and budgeting activities.
Prepare reports that will be presented to Mancom and BOD as required.
Oversee the following Administrative Departments: Admitting, Information & Transportation, Central Service, Central Supply, Property, Pharmacy, and Dietary. Responsible for the efficient operations of Admin departments according to established established policies and standards. Mainly responsible for ensuring updated applicable hospital permits and licenses of DOH and LGU. Participates in business and strategic planning٫ setting of targets and goals including its implementation and monitoring.
Coordinates inter- and intradepartmental operations. Guide٫ supervise and consult subordinate staff and monitor and evaluate their performance. Resolve issues with company's operations٫ in a timely manner. Prepare and monitor resource allocation and budgeting activities. Manage other admin office including renovations. Prepare reports that will be presented to Mancom and BOD as required.
