Hi, This is Zea!

Let me begin by saying, "We cannot give what we don't have." As we get older, the clichés of life ring true. So, for me to have something to offer, I make sure that I am equipped if not with actual/hands-on experience, at least I have ample knowledge, skills, and the passion to succeed in any field that I choose.

I have a degree in Mass Communication and served as Feature Editor and literary writer for our School's Publication from grade school up until I graduated from college. With this, I fully understand the syntax of English and I was trained in journalism, hence I can assist in any copywriting tasks you may need.

Before I set my heart and eyes to the VA world, I have a background as a Program & Project Management Analyst with more than 6 years of experience as a Software/APP/Cloud Tech Support Analyst assisting various clients across the globe, mainly on incident management and request fulfillment.

As a VA who specializes in customer service, I can help keep customers satisfied and loyal to your brand. The business will benefit from the skills I have acquired from my 6+ years of experience as a technical and customer service representative in the IT-BPO industry.

I can also apply the basic knowledge in Product Listing, Keyword Research, and Graphic Design which I've acquired by taking an Amazon Seller VA Master Class. Moreover, I can utilize my skills in Calendar Management, Email Management as well as Social Media Management, which I learned from ProVA PH training.

I’ve always loved words and sharing stories as much as I love helping others and getting a smile or a thank you in return. I'm also fascinated with everything digital and tech. So, taking the things I learned from school, online trainings and the corporate world, I am sure that I would be an effective Virtual Assistant to my future client, my business partner.

P.S. When I'm not working, there's nothing more satisfying for me to do than curling up under my soft-fluffy blanket watching my favorite Korean drama, anime movies, or those satisfying "living alone" vlogs. Of course, my day wouldn't be complete if I don't memorize a Japanese word/character or if I won't complete a certain level from my favorite language learning app. I'm not a bi-lingual yet but I'm getting there…soon.
