• Deals with customer face to face and via telephone, handles and assist queries for car reservation
• Prepares rental agreement, optional product suggestions and upselling in accordance with the customer’s requirement.

• Prepares and monitors request for payment of space rentals, utilities, motor vehicle/fire insurance, gasoline consumption, service car repairs, payrolls of agency hired employees and other payments for purchased order.
• Coordinates with Building Admin for the maintenance/repairs of AC unit, faucets and plumbing fixtures and electrical works of the office.
• Maintain cleaning supplies for the office and model units. Supervision of office cleanliness and maintenance.
• Handles and assist in other queries regarding administrative matters and performs other duties as advised by the Department Head i.e. preparation of reports, coordination with other units
• Downloading and checking discrepancies of Sales Report of all stores to be submitted End of the month before counter
• Checking and printing of Sales Liquidation to be submitted End of the month before counter
• Checking and printing of Purchase Order of all Outlets - Daily
• Checking and printing of Monthly Sales Report to be submitted to Accounting – Monthly
• Accomplishes other related tasks as deemed necessary by the Management
