• Assist in Accepting request for data control services, prepare schedules based on defined priorities;
• Assist in retrieving data entries in source documents and ensures their conformity with prescribed procedures and format;
• Assist monitoring status of data control jobs to detect schedule slippages and other potential problems;
• Assist in applying control procedures to check the accuracy and completeness of data bases;
• Assist in analyzing discrepancies in transaction proof lists and reports; and
• Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time by the ERC through its authorized representative.
• Assist in typing, drafting, and finalizing memoranda, office correspondence, and other documents needed by the Division/Department.
• Assist in consolidating, maintaining, and filing the Division personnel's timekeeping documents/requirements.
• Assist in attending to and maintaining records of incoming and outgoing communications and other matters and assist in distribution/routing thereof to concerned staff and offices. Monitor the release and return of records on file and routing of documents.
• Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.

• Entering data into a computer, and can also include filing paper orders.
• Updating the status of accounts in the monitoring system and submission of reports
• Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
