My name is Zaira Manigo, 27 years old, residing in San Pedro, Laguna, Philippines. I am a graduate of BS Psychology and a licensed Psychometrician. I have 5 years working experience as Administrative Officer, 3 years experience as a Human Resource Officer handling mainly recruitment and employee relations. Currently, I am employed as a Recruitment specialist in a BPO company. I consider myself as work in progress as I am eager to learn new knowledge that will help my professional development. Some of my biggest career achievements are back in my previous job as an HR Officer, (1) I was able to implement new procedures that helped the company grow, I was able to do it with my communication skills, time management, and my people management skills that was a big contributor factor to to the project's success. (2) I was able to establish a new filing system that resulted in more efficient and proper documentation of files. Right now, I am looking for a career that can offer permanent work from set-up that I can share my skills with, and to grow as well.
