Allow me to introduce myself. I’m Yza from the Philippines.
I am currently working as a Virtual Assistant specializing in Homecare support, where I assist U.S.-based homecare agencies with caregiver scheduling, recruitment, timesheet approvals, background checks, and compliance monitoring. I also prepare daily reports to keep operations smooth and ensure both clients and caregivers are well supported. I’m comfortable using tools such as Kantime, WellSky, Axiscare, SwytOps, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, and Teams, which help me manage tasks efficiently and accurately.
Before becoming a VA, I spent 9 years in Human Resources, focusing on recruitment, employee support, payroll, and benefits administration. I also worked as a Social Media Evaluator for Appen and a Social Media Rater for Telus International, as well as gaining experience in Customer Service and Technical Support across different industries. These roles strengthened my skills in organization, attention to detail, and client communication.

• We rate social media ads and other content for quality and relevancy, aiming to assist our clients in enhancing the overall internet experience for users. This is achieved through the use of mobile applications for reviewing content on various social media platforms.
• We assess social media ads and videos by analyzing author-level information, and categorizing the content into topics and subtopics based on a predefined workflow. Our approach involves adopting a user's perspective to discern the account's purpose and extract meaningful topics and subjects from the author's posts and attributes. These labels are then utilized to train a machine learning classifier, enabling it to predict the author's interests in topics and subtopics for recommendation features on the platform.

SOCIAL MEDIA LABELLING
• My task is to better understand the distribution of webpage genres and sub-genres (blogs, social media, news, forum, e-commerce, etc.) being shared on a social media feed.
• There are task that we need re-publish content without producing any original work.
• We are provided by a post that falls under one or more high level topics, review any media (text, images, video, etc.), and then label all the topics to which it's related.
• We do the necessary rating on Facebook Communities through another dimension that we call Utility. We examines topics as “utilities”, which are matched to a post within a Facebook group. Topics have standalone intent, which is unrelated to the user’s contextual info (e.g. searcher location, time generated, etc).
• We are given a post to determine if the post is or is not related to a specified topic. Review any media (text, images, video, etc.), and provide the best answer to which it's related.
• Review short viral videos to categorize the emotions evoked by the video and attributes in the video.
• Project to rate the sound on gaming videos.
SEARCH ENGINE EVALUATOR
• We help improve search relevancy for an online luxury fashion retail platform. Search Relevance Evaluators who have a good sense of understanding what the user is trying to look for through the search query and how relevant the match. In this project it is beneficial to have a good fashion knowledge and familiarity with fashion luxury brands.

• Assist in the processing of employee benefits (Company and CBA Mandated).
COMPANY AND GOV’T REPORTS:
• Prepares monthly HR reports as required by management.
• Prepares the PHIC computation report every month and ensures submission of said report every 17th of the month.
• Ensures processing of clearances with SSS and PHIC at the end of the year.
