I began my professional journey as an accounting clerk at Uni-Orient Travel Inc., where I provided clerical support to the accounting department and managed the digital filing system. Subsequently, I transitioned to a role as a customer services assistant at SM Department Store, where my responsibilities included cashier services, handling customer complaints, and devising marketing strategies to meet quarterly quotas.
Returning to the accounting field, I joined Ever Supermarket as an accounting clerk, where I focused on bookkeeping and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions. Throughout my career, I've realized my affinity for numbers and data management. For instance, during my tenure at Ever Supermarket, I implemented thorough checks on receipts and transactions to prevent BIR penalties, proposing process improvements to minimize losses and diligently updating all bookkeeping records to prevent any potential charges.
