• Assisting the following functions: Recruitment and Staffing Aligns, monitor and updates employee requirements/ 201 files.
• Coordinates orientation and training activities. Prepares and updates materials need for trainings.
• Process, verifies and maintains documentation relating to personnel activities such as, staffing, recruitment, training, grievances and others. • Coordinates with Accounting Department regarding assistance on employee compensation and benefits concerns.
• Performs other related functions as deemed necessary by the immediate superior.
• Informs job applicants regarding status of their application.
• Conduct background checks of successful applicants.
• Conducts orientation of new hires prior to deployment.
• Ensures completion of all pre-employment requirements prior to deployment
• Deploys successful applicants to the requisition department.
• Records and update data for each employee, including such information as personal information, absences, leave, dates and reason of separation or termination.
• Monitors employment status of employees and prepare required documents such as regularization paper and compensation adjustment form.
• Coordinates orientation and training activities. Prepares and updates materials need for trainings.

Response to queries and concerns regarding HR policies and procedures
• Utilizes advertising or posting job vacancies and other recruitment schemes in sourcing applicants for vacant positions and notifies qualified applicants of position availability.
• Process and reviews employment application with the requesting departments.
• Conducts initial reviews/processing of job applicants to obtain and verify information used to screen and evaluate them. Recommended shortlisted applicants to next level processing.
• Schedules interviews of applicants with the requesting department Informs job applicants regarding status of their application.

• Maintain performance evaluation tracking system
• Prepares employment documentation
• Represents company on labor related cases
• Oversees development, updating organizational structure, and job description.
• Ensuring the high standard of company policy, rules, and regulations well followed by all employees.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
